Service Schedule Update During C-19
We are experiencing events unprecedented in our lifetime. Our government leaders continue to lead the battle in the spread of the COVID-19 virus by limiting the social contact among people. The Center for Disease Control guidelines are for social distancing of crowds of not more than 10 and keeping at least six feet apart. Additionally, Governor Beshear has ordered that all non-life sustaining businesses (including churches) be closed to in-person public meetings.

As church leaders, we are adapting to find the best way to meet the spiritual needs of our family and community while following best practices to keep everyone safe and limit the spread of infections. We realize that many whom we care deeply about would be at risk from our actions. As a result, we are taking the following actions, not out of fear, but out of respect for those God has placed in authority in our government.

Until further notice, New Life will be meeting by our on-line format via FaceBook live, YouTube, Podbean and Zoom only. Links are provided to each site on our homepage. Plan to be with us Easter Sunday for a drive in worship experience.

We ask you to tune in with us during the event and post comments freely to encourage one another. We have added our YouTube channel for the people who do not use FaceBook and for our children’s programs.

We will also need you to give generously during this time through the app or by mailing a check to New Life, PO Box 54, Winchester, KY 40392 We appreciate your generosity and understand as many of you will be unable to give as your income ends.

Those who need special prayer may call on our church leaders and we will join with you in prayer. We have seen multiple miracles of healing over the past weeks and want to continue to see God work.

Wednesday evenings, we are suspending all events until this crisis is over. Pastor VanHuss will be posting short videos of biblical encouragement online.

Finally, if you or someone you are associated with, need help securing groceries, prescriptions or other supplies during this time we have members of our church who are willing to help. Volunteers will pick up items for individuals who are in high risk groups to prevent them going out and facing exposure.

Remember, the church is not a building, it is Christ’s followers in the world. Be the church my friends! Use this opportunity to share God’s love and
